Guo WeiWei Guo is Professor and Vice Dean of the School of Civil Engineering at Central South University, China. He also serves as the Executive Deputy Director of the National Engineering Research Center of High-Speed Railway Construction Technology Prof. Guo is a recipient of the National Science Fund of China for Excellent Young Scholars in recognition of his outstanding research contributions.
