Gregory O. HallGregory O. Hall is department chair and associate professor of political science at Morehouse College, Atlanta, Georgia. He received BA's in political science and German from Northwestern University, and his MA and PhD in political science fro Howard University. Hall's research focuses on international relations/security, foreign policy, and international political economy.
