He planted three churches and also has served as a correctional chaplain, professor, counsellor, and assistant to the president in a college and seminary setting. He served as aCEO of a large inner-city ministry and a counsellor/consultant to more than 30 mission organizations, travelling to more than 20 countries for ministry and conflict/management concerns. He has graduate degrees in theology and psychology and training in trauma counselling. His passion has been the integration of these disciplines. He has provided counselling for pastors from many denominations as well as many churches in conflict.
