Giles Radice
Giles Radice, Labour MP for North Durham and Chairman of the Commons Public Service Select Committee, is one of parliament’s leading thinkers. As an expert on European affairs, he is Chairman of the European Movement and was a Parliamentary Fellowof St Anthony’s College, Oxford, from 1994-5. His Fabian series on attitudes in southern marginals was an important influence in Labour’s modernisation. He writes frequently for newspapers and broadcasts on radio and television.
