Giancarlo CaldesiKate and Giancarlo Caldesi are the owners of two highly regarded Italian restaurants in London, Caldesi and Caffe Caldesi. They also run a successful cooking school, La Cucina Caldesi, where they are able to share their passion for Tuscan cuisine.
