Geta Grama's crafting journey started in 2000, when she discovered quilting, absolutely by chance, on the Internet. Seduced by the new world of combining fabrics, colors, and patterns, she abandoned her engineering profession and all other passion and devoted her time entirely to quilting. She lives in Romania with her husband, Mircea, who always encourages her to follow her passion. Her family members are her biggest fans. Though it is not easy to quilt in a country where the word quilt is unknown to most people, she could not imagine her life without quilting.
