Gert RoodtGert Roodt (DAdmin) is a licensed psychologist and a registered personnel practitioner. Gert was the Vice Dean: Research in the Faculty of Management at the University of Johannesburg, South Africa, and is the former head of the Centre for Work Perfomance in the Department of Industrial Psychology and People Management.
