Georgeta Dinu is a Partner and Head of NNDKP Competition and State Aid Practice, assisting numerous multinational and local companies in Competition Council's investigations regarding potential breaches of Competition Law and of the Treaty for theFunctioning of the European Union (advice on commitments and leniency procedures, dawn raid assistance, risk assessment, protecting the companies' rights throughout the investigation, defences to statements of objections, pleading in the hearings), court challenge of Competition Council's decisions (together with the litigation teams), competition compliance, merger clearance, state aid projects.
Born in 1982, Georgeta joined NNDKP in 2004. She is a graduate of the University of Bucharest Law School, and she also has a Master of Arts Degree in European Competition Law from King's College London (University of London) and a Master's Degree in European and International Business Law from Universit� Paris I Panth�on Sorbonne. She is recommended by Chambers & Partners and The International Who's Who of Competition Lawyers & Economists (Global Competition Review) and is a contributor to various publications such as e-Concurrences and Chambers & Partners and speaker at conferences and client seminars.
