George R. MurdockGeorge Murdock has served as superintendent of the Douglas Education Service District (ESD) since 2008. From 1999-2006 he was superintendent of Umatilla-Morrow ESD, and in 2003-2004 he also served as superintendent of the Ione School District nd headed the Morrow County School District. Prior to taking over the ESD in Pendleton, Murdock spent six years as superintendent of the Pasco School District and eleven years as deputy superintendent of the Walla Walla School District.
