George began his study of Psychology and human behavior in 1987 and went on to earn his degree in Psychology from the University of Manitoba, graduating on the Dean's Honour List. For more than 35 years, George has devoted himselfto understanding the human mind, fostering emotional healing, and guiding people toward lives of peace, purpose, and joy.
George offers a unique, heart-centered approach to helping people reduce stress and build more meaningful, joyful lives. His work is grounded in both evidence-based practice and Christian faith, integrating the wisdom of science with the deeper truths of the spirit. Throughout his career, George has guided individuals through seasons of burnout, anxiety, and emotional struggle, helping them discover peace, resilience, and purpose.
George has delivered over 14,000 hours of live training and speaking events and has helped countless individuals and organizations reach their full potential since the mid-1990s. Whether through one-on-one coaching, group programs, or large-scale events, his message is consistent: that real transformation is possible-spiritually, emotionally, and practically.
