Geoff Varrall

Geoff Varrall has worked in the telecoms industry for forty years and is the author of eight books on telecommunications.

He is a Faculty Member of the Continuing Education Institute based in Sweden and presents a 5 Day wokshop on the regulatory issues, competition policy issues, sovereign security challenges and technical and engineering issues of integrating space radio systems with terrestrial cellular networks.

As a past Director of Cambridge Wireless, Geoff is involved in a number of wireless heritage initiatives that aim to capture and record past technology and engineering experience. He is a past patron of the Science Museum and keen supporter of curatorial and archival work on wireless and communication system devices.
