Gavin Rand
Gavin Rand lectures in History at the University of Greenwich in London. Most of his work explores the history of empire in South Asia, with a particular focus on the cultural history of the imperial military. He is currently writng a monograph examining the Indian Army and imperial military culture in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries.
