Gary L WilliamsDr. Gary L. Williams Sr. has served as senior pastor of Hopewell Church in Jacksonville, Florida, for over thirty years. Dr. Williams earned both his bachelor of arts degree in biblical studies and a master's degree in apologetics from Luther Rice Unversity. He received honorary doctoral degrees from Trinity Baptist College, Jacksonville Baptist Theological Seminary, and Edward Waters College. Dr. Williams has received accolades, awards, and certificates from numerous prestigious organizations. Appointed by Governor Charlie Christ, he has served on the One Church One Child Board of Directors, and by special request, he has often been called upon to provide chapel for the Jacksonville Jaguars. In addition to a myriad of other numerous awards, Dr. Williams has traveled the nation and the world, including Russia, Australia, South Africa, Malawi, Cuba, Israel, Germany, and many other countries preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ.
