Gaelle SoderGaëlle Soder is the author and food enthusiast behind the blog My Nomad Cuisine where she shares her creative recipes. She has worked as a chef across the world developing her craft in such diverse places as an international hotel in Brisbane, an orgnisation supporting the homeless in Melbourne, an artisan bakery in Vancouver as well as with The Real Junk Food Project in Brighton. As a former social worker and now a chef, her experiences have allowed her to understand how food has the potential to connect people, to build community and offer a way to act for a more sustainable world.
