Gabriel Evans

Gabriel Evans is a picture book author and illustrator. Working in watercolour and pencil he’s created books that have sold into twelve territories, been read on ABC’s Play School and shortlisted multiple times in the CBCA Picture Book of the Year
Ollie and Augustus was the first picture book he wrote and illustrated for Walker Books. His most recent book, Count the Stars, is a collaboration with author, Raewyn Caisley.
Gabriel works from his home on top of a big hill surrounded by oak trees where he lives with his wife and their baby.
