G G Boyer
Glenn G. Boyer, born in Wisconsin, survived a twenty-two-year flying career following World War II, and retired in 1965 as a lieutenant colonel and command pilot. He immersed himself in researching and writing about frontier peopl and events. A lifelong friend of the family of Wyatt Earp, he wrote Suppressed Murder of Wyatt Earp at the Earp family's request, in order to set the record straight. The book spurred interest in the Wyatt Earp legend and revived the town of Tombstone, Arizona. He also wrote I Married Wyatt Earp: The Recollections of Josephine Sarah Marcus Earp and Wyatt Earp's Tombstone Vendetta.
