Fu YingFu Ying started her career with China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1978 and has long been engaged in Asian affairs. She has held various roles, including Ambassador to the United Kingdom (2007-2009) and later as Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs fr European Affairs and then for Asian Affairs (2009-2013).
