He worked in senior front-of-house positions in landmark London restaurants, including Le Gavroche, Sartoria, Brasserie Roux and Galvin at Windows at the London Hilton, where he worked as general maager until 2019. In the last decade, Sirieix has been a constant presence on our screens across a variety of channels – the hit show First Dates, Remarkable Places to Eat and Snackmasters on Channel 4; My Million Pound Menu and Ultimate Wedding Planner on BBC 2; Road Trip on ITV with friends Gordon Ramsay and Gino D’Acampo.
