Frané LessacFrané Lessac is an author and illustrator of international renown, having over fifty children's picture books published throughout the world. She grew up in a small town outside New York City and had many pets, including a monkey, a couple of snakes nd a camel. She is married to children's author Mark Greenwood, and together they have collaborated on Simpson and his Donkey and Our Country: Where History Happened, both CBCA Honour Books.
