Faubus Bob LandryDr. Faubus "Bob" Landry was born in Black Bayou, Louisiana, in 1936. He grew up in a Cajun family with six brothers and three sisters. Bob met Judith Schiller in Minneapolis while they were attending Minnesota Bible College. They married in 1957 and oved to California. There he finished his Bachelors at Pepperdine College. He later received his Doctor of Divinity from Vanderbilt University in 1972 while serving as minister in Dover, Tennessee. Bob was a scholar of the life and ministry of Harry Emerson Fosdick. Dr. Landry served as senior pastor in five different churches in Kentucky, Tennessee, and Texas.
