Fahmida LaghariFahmida Laghari , currently working as an Associate Professor at Xijing University in the School of Accounting, holds a PhD in Business Management from the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE), Beijing, China. She has a Master ofBusiness Administration (MBA) in Finance from Bahria University, Karachi, Pakistan, and a Master of Science (MS) in Management Sciences from SZABIST, Karachi, Pakistan. Since 2012, she has been engaged in teaching and research. She is a key member of the university’s core research team, where her areas of research interests include: corporate finance, financial management, corporate governance, accounting, financial economics, and business management. She is also a Supervisor and Mentor of graduate and undergraduate students. Under her supervision, four graduate students have passed their theses and graduated. She has also mentored her graduate students in the “2025 National Undergraduate Tax Risk Control Case Competition Regional Final”, where her students secured second prize. She has led and completed a university-level Bilingual Project on “Xijing University Graduate Bilingual Curriculum Construction Plan” (Xijing University Research (2021) No. 16), Project ID: 2022-YSYKC-07.
