Eric W Orts

Eric W. Orts (J.D. (Michigan, 1988), J.S.D. (Columbia, 1994)) is Director of the Environmental Management Program and Professor of Legal Studies at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He has also taught at the University o Pennsylvania Law School, UCLA School of Law, the University of Michigan Law School, the University of Leuven, and Tsinghua University. His research focuses on environmental and corporate law, policy, and management.
