Eric E. OtenyoDr. Eric Edwin Otenyo PhD is professor of Public Administration at Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff Arizona. His MPA is from Syracuse University and PhD from Miami University, Oxford Ohio. He has taught advanced courses in public administrationand policy and served as MPA program advisor in the department of Politics and International Affairs at the same university.
