Eric CasteelEric Casteel along with his wife Amy and a long-time friend and partner in ministry, Jeremy Isom, found their hearts were broken to find the church failing to build relationships within their local communities much less with the world. It was as if te church had forgotten how to be 'in the world' and not 'of the world.' Together, they created LEAP International and set out to define what healthy community and healthy relationships look like. Healthy communities are built on meaningful relationships. Meaningful relationships are built on shared experience. Shared experiences are enriched by diversity and respect. Diversity and respect are possible through a generous heart. The church is at the center developing healthy community through the transformative message of the gospel. LEAP International has mobilized programs in the US, Europe, Africa, South and Central America, and Asia. ​ Eric and Amy live in Leuven, Belgium where they serve pastoring The International Church at Leuven.
