Enrika Comley

Enrika Comley is NMC registered adult nurse and teacher, with a background in general surgery, cardiothoracic surgery and cardiothoracic critical care. She is currently a lecturer at Birmingham City University and has been leading Leadershi/Team working in Healthcare module for the nursing associates. Enrika has a special interest in human factors and how they contribute to effective team working, and delivering safe care to the service users. Being part of training first legacy cohort of nursing associates within university has given Enrika an insight into development of the role and the learning needs for the trainees. Enrika is especially passionate about widening participation and support learners new to higher education and additional learning needs.
