Elizabeth Carr
Elizabeth Carr is assistant principal - curriculum and subject lead - humanities at Avanti Grange Secondary School. She has more than 10 years' experience as a subject leader of history and as a mentor on the University of Cambridge History PGCE. he has published in Teaching History and presented at local and national conferences. Elizabeth is a managing editor of Teaching History and an honorary fellow of the Historical Association, and has worked with a number of schools and multi-academy trusts (MATs) to develop history teaching in both primaryand secondary phases.
