Eduardo JolyEduardo Joly is a sociologist, journalist, human rights activist, and poet. He was born in Argentina and raised both there and in the United States, and has since lived in Venezuela, Mexico, and Cuba, as well.He is the founder and president of RumbosFoundation, an NGO in Argentina dedicated to accessibility for persons living under conditions of disability. He is also cofounder and past president of REDI (Argentina's Disability Rights Network). Among other professional accomplishments, Joly is a Schomburg Distinguished Visiting Scholar at Ramapo College in New Jersey. He has authored articles and chapters in books on the sociology of disability, and edited and prologued two books on US-Latin American relations.
