Born and raised in the rural northeastern United States, E. D. deBirmingham has been long involved in theatre and in writing. She has also been a Buddhist nun and an equestrian instructor. Siege Perilous is E. D.’s first solo novel, followig her work on The Mongoliad trilogy.
