E DiliprajE. Dilipraj is an Associate Fellow at the Centre for Air Power Studies (CAPS). This book is his maiden project in CAPS. He is a Ph.D research scholar from the Centre for Latin American Studies in Jawaharlal Nehru University. His Ph.D research work ison "Military Institutional Reforms and Modernisation in Brazil, 1995-2010."
