Dusmanta Kumar Mohanta

Dusmanta Kumar Mohanta is a former professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering of the Birla Institute of Technology, India. He is an IEEE senior member with more than 30 years in teaching and industry. He was an Electrica Engineer in the captive power plant of the National Aluminium Company (NALCO), Angul, India. He has been involved as a consultant for different industry problems and for testing different electrical equipment. His current research interests include power quality analysis, digital relaying, soft computing applications, smart grid, power system planning, and reliability analysis. He also served as a board member of several related journals.
