Dushan Zaric
Award-winning 'cocktail chef' Dushan Zaric owns Employees Only with fellow bartender Jason Kosmas. It's one of the hottest cocktail bars in New York and is loved by New Yorkers and critics alike. Dushan and Jason are also the founders of Cocktail onceptions, a consulting company that boasts clients such as Absolut, Moet-Hennessey and the W Hotel chain. Both still work regularly behind the bar. Dushan moved to New York from his native Yugoslavia in 1996.
