Dr Michael Powers KCDr Michael J Powers KC BSc MB BS DA FFFLM LLD (hons) has over 40 years’ experience in all areas of medico-legal practice in England and several other common law jurisdictions, and extensive coronial experience. He is a Bencher of Lincoln’s Inn(1998) where he is an advocacy Tutor Trainer. As a strong supporter of the NHS, Dr Powers advocates constant attention to standards of practice and an open system of accountability when things go wrong. Before coming to the Bar, he held hospital appointments in a number of specialties including obstetrics and anaesthesia.
