Dr Jack BurrowSamuel J. Burrow, DDS, MS graduated Cum Laude from North Carolina State University with a degree in engineering. While at NCSU, Dr. Burrow was inducted into TAU BETA PI National Engineering Honor Society, ALPHA PI MU Engineering Honor Society and PHIKAPPA PHI Engineering Honor Society.

Dr. Burrow earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and completed his orthodontic residency at the University of Kentucky, where he received a Master of Science degree in orthodontics.

Dr. Burrow has published extensively in the American Journal of Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopedics, The Angle Orthodontist and The Journal of Clinical Orthodontics and reviews original articles for the AJODO and The Angle Orthodontist. He is on the editorial review board of the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. He has been in private practice since 1978 and is also an Adjunct Professor of Orthodontics at the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill School of Dentistry.

Dr. Burrow is a member of The Angle Society, a group of international orthodontists from academics and private practice. The Angle Society is by invitation only and members must publish and review new research in orthodontics.

Dr. Burrow is a Board-Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics.
