Douglas Lee BaldwinDr. Baldwin was educated as an optometrist and a blind rehabilitation specialist. He founded the Special Needs Vision Clinic and The Institute for Innovative Blind Navigation at the Millet Learning Center in Saginaw, Michigan. He taught orientation ad mobility in special education for over 30 years. Dr. Baldwin also coined the term "Navigational Disability" and developed a curriculum for teaching navigation skills to students in special education.
