Douglas Bruton

Douglas Bruton has been writing for thirty years. He is widely published in short stories and anthologies and he has won many prizes for his writing in the last eight years, including the Neil Gunn Prize and The William Soutar Prize. He is also pulished in various literary magazines including Northwords Now, Interpreter’s House, Transmission and Bare Fiction Magazine. He has had three novels published, The Chess Piece Magician, Mrs Winchester's Gun Club (2019) and Blue Postcards (2021).
