Although I have a lifetime of hair-raising adventures to draw from, as do all of us whether we realize it or not, the Dead Bug Chronicles is the first time I have taken some of those experiences and put them to paper. You'll have to ask Jack and Tbo and Nico which are theirs and which are mine, but in some ways it doesn't matter a hoot because they were all fun at the time. Well, in hindsight perhaps only one or two were more than heart-stoppers that made me want to run, come to think of it.

Rest assured, though - there are more where these came from - the adventures never cease!
