His leadership portfolio includes international student advising and compliance (SEVP), global project management, and academic quality assurance across multicultural environments. Holding a Doctor of Philosophy in Foundations of Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Dr. Ashley has taught extensively in research methods, qualitative and quantitative design, and statistical analysis.
