She received her PhD in Business Administration from Kocaeli University, following her Master’s degree in Administraton and Organization and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (English) from Eastern Mediterranean University.Her academic and professional expertise focuses on aviation management, aviation safety, human factors, organizational behavior, sustainability in aviation, and strategic management.
