He has been aarded by PhD in Computer Application and Management by Dr. BAM University, Aurangabad, India. He is currently an assistant professor in the Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies and Research, a constituent of Symbiosis International University, Pune, India. He was an assistant professor and department head in the Department of Computer Management in CES RMD IOM, at Savitribai Phule Pune University. He was an assistant professor in the Computer Science department of Spicer Adventist University, Pune. He is the member of Editor-Review-Board of International Journal of Knowledge Management (IJKM).
