Dessi Parrish started filming online cooking videos for the sole purpose of proving that healthy food can taste good and that home cooks are just as talented as trained professionals. After filming for a few years with her husband Bobby, Desi quit her job in corporate America, and turned their two-bedroom Chicago condo into a production studio involving all things food. Dessi not only curates some of the dessert recipes we see on camera, but she also does all the photography, filming, editing, and website design for FlavCity.
