He is a Physician by training and holds Ph.D. in Epidemiology and a Post Doc from Karolinska University, Sweden. The major focus of his wrk has been Emerging Infectious diseases, Anti-Microbial Resistance (AMR) and Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH).
