She has developed and delivered courses in finance to a number of clients in the past including: Compass Group Ltd, De Vere Hotels, Thistle Hotels, Whitbread Hotels, Granada plc and Jumeriah International including visiting lecturer roles at IHMI Cornell University, Paris; IHHTI Neuchatel, Switzerland; Emirates Academy, Dubai; Ceylon Hotel School, Sri Lanka; School of Hotel and Tourism Management, Cyprus; Les Roches, Switzerland.
