Deborah Day Laxson is the award-winning author of The Gray Zone: When Life Support No Longer Supports Life and the founder of The Health Care Agent Literacy Project. By sharing her experiences as an average person navigatingcomplex medical events, Deborah gently brings the reader along on their own journey into shared medical decisions during difficult times. She is passionate about preparing health care agents for their roles prior to their loved one's medical event. Deborah is a partner, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who lives near St. Cloud, Minnesota.
