Deborah BorenDeborah Boren counts it a true blessing to illustrate her daughter's writings. She has always loved to draw. As a teenager, she enjoyed getting alone with paper and pencil and just drawing. She drew anything-everything. As an adult, Deborah didn't fel as though she had time to draw. "When my daughter asked me to illustrate her book," Deborah says, "I thought, 'Oh, my! I don't even know if I can draw anymore.' But her writings are Heaven sent, so I figured God would give me the ability to illustrate them." Deborah's main critic is her four-year-old great-grandson. "When he can tell me what is happening in an illustration, then I know I have accomplished my purpose." Deborah thoroughly enjoys the art and the challenge of illustrating. "I thank God for the abilities that He gives His children." Read More Read Less
