Deborah Bonello

Deborah Bonello es periodista de investigación, escritora, editora y fungió como directora editorial de VICE News Latinoamérica. Desde hace casi dos décadas cubre el crimen organizado y los sindictos criminales, en particular el narcotráfico en América Latina. Se desempeñó como freelance para Los Angeles Times, donde fue corresponsal especial, así como para la BBC, The Guardian y The Telegraph, y actualmente es editora en InSightCrime. Se define a sí misma como narconerd.

Deborah Bonello is an investigative journalist, writer, editor, and served as editorial director of VICE News Latin America. For nearly two decades she has covered organized crime and criminal syndicates, particularly drug trafficking in Latin America. She worked as a freelance correspondent for the Los Angeles Times, where she was a special correspondent, as well as for the BBC, The Guardian, and The Telegraph. She is currently an editor at InSightCrime. She describes herself as a narconerd.
