Dr. Toporoff is currently retired after working over 44 years as a Mental Health Nure. Dr. Toporoff received a Bachelor's degree in sociology from the University of South Carolina, a Master's in health services administration from Central Michigan University, a Master's in theology as well as a Doctorate in Ministry from the Life School of Theology.
