Throughout my academic journey, I explored advanced models such as Markowitz optimization, Risk Parity, Value at Risk (VaR), and xpected Shortfall (ES), applying them to real-world portfolio construction.

As a retail investor myself, I manage a diversified portfolio that includes both real estate and financial strategies. In this book, I share methodologies and techniques that I have personally tested in practice, directly applying them to portfolio management and investment strategies. My aim is to provide readers with practical, concrete tools to approach financial markets with greater awareness and responsibility.
