David Wisely

David Wisely worked at BT Group for over 25 years where he became the head of mobility research in 2009. He was the technical manager for a range of influential EU projects including BRAIN and MIND which went on to shape 3 and 4G mobile standards.After leaving BT, he moved to Surrey University where he worked on 5G techno-economics. He holds 20 patents and is the author of two books on mobile telecoms.
