David TreweekDavid Treweek took the long route to becoming a writer. As a young man he left Australia and travelled overland to Europe, where he worked in various jobs in different countries. He finally settled in London and lived there for many years working as commercial driver. A short time after returning to Australia in 1989 he becoming seriously ill, and as part of the recuperative process, began studying the writing craft. He attended RMIT university for 4 years and graduated with a Diploma of Arts (Professional Writing and Editing). He has written five comic novels and nowadays is employed by the Kingston council library service in Melbourne, where he lives with his partner and three magpies, who constantly demand food.
