DAVID ROCCO says, “I’m not a chef, I’m Italian!” He learned to cook at his mother’s side and is the epitome of an Italian food lover: adventurous, opinionated and fantastic to be around at dinnertime. Formerly a model, Rocco spends his time develoing new concepts for his company, Rockhead Entertainment, with his wife and business partner, Nina.
